Topographic Survey for Golf Course

Services Rendered: Control Establishment, Topographic Mapping, Volume computation.

Description: The project aims for site preparation and construction of Al Murooj Golf Course at King Abdullah Economic City. The desert course will be the first phase of a multi-million dollar development which will eventually house 3 million people. The course will be the first golf course to be built in the region. The course design will be a balance between desert style holes, complimented by lush oasis holes that will feature large statement water hazards. The course will provide a fully equipped driving range, which will offer the best teaching facilities in the area. The site construction activities started and were interrupted. Our role was to carry out an as-built survey of the gulf course area and calculation of earth work material that has already been done for the purpose of awarding the project to a different construction contractor.
