Services Rendered: Control Establishment, As-built Surveys, Alignment Surveys, Topographic Surveys and Construction Staking.

Description: The scope of work of this project was divided into two phases. The first phase includes the initial site preparation, earth works, and grading for MODA water front. The second phase includes procurement and construction of:

• Roads and parking, works includes roadway base, sub-base asphalted pavement, roadway marking and sidewalks.
• Storm Drainage System
• Sanitary Sewage System with lift stations and holding tanks.
• Potable Water Distribution System with underground water tanks.
• Irrigation System with underground storage tanks.
• Electrical Power Distribution System.
• Street Lighting System including the provision of street lighting for the roads.
• Telecommunication System.
• Architectural features include play areas, beautification features, walkways and structures include kiosks, toilets and guard houses with all Civil/Mechanical/Electrical works.
• Landscape Our role is to provide the project with full surveying services which included control network establishment, topographic mapping, volume computation, alignment surveys, bathymetric surveys, dredging support surveys, construction layout and staking.
