Description: The project scope of work includes the construction roads and utility infrastructures in addition to the construction of 400 residential villas. We were contracted to provide full survey services for the project including provision of fully equipped GNSS/ Conventional Survey crews to be part of the on-site construction team. We Established project control network and tied it to city’s main network. Based on established project control network, we carried out various surveys including topographic and as-built surveys, staking utility pipelines, cable duct banks, storm drainage system, foundations, utility manholes, transformers etc. Cadastral and property boundary establishment surveys were also carried out to establish residential lot and right of way boundaries and preparation of cadastral lot diagrams.
